In-Store Purchases and Orders:

Change of heart? We’ll happily take back any unworn item within 30 days of purchase to any Browns or B2 location with the original invoice and method of payment.

Orders placed in store must be returned in store.

Online Purchases:

All unworn items from orders placed online may be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Please visit your local Browns or B2 location for a quick and easy return!

If you’d prefer returning your order via Canada Post, please click here to print a pre-paid return label.

Procedure:

  1. Pack unworn items in original shipping box or polybag and wrap shoe/boot box in craft paper to keep them clean and secure.
  2. Remove or black out any old shipping labels, including the original shipping bar code.
  3. After including a copy of your original bill, seal the box or poly bag with tape (or) use the re-sealable opening of the polybag.
  4. Please DO NOT tape up the original manufacturer’s shoe box.
  5. Place the return label onto the parcel and attach securely.
  6. Drop off the package at any Canada Post location.

Refunds on items purchased during the Buy one, Get one promotions may be subjected to price adjustments.

Gift purchases made as of November 1st, 2023 may be returned or exchanged until January 22nd, 2024.Visit our FAQs for more details.

Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all merchandise orders with a minimum purchase of $27.95.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for $8. We’ll calculate the expected delivery date based on the product(s) and location you wish to ship to—next-day delivery varies.

Customers have the option to ship to a residential area or one of our store locations.
