Q: What are my payment options?
A: Credit cards: BrownsShoes.com accepts all Canadian Visa and Mastercard credit cards.The billing information you enter must exactly match the information as it appears on your credit card statement. This information is used as a part of the validation process of your credit card. Your phone number and email address are also required in case our Customer Service team needs to reach you about your order.
Debit cards: Brownsshoes.com is pleased to offer the Online Interac service, whereby you can use your bank account to directly make purchases on our site. Once you select this option, you will be routed directly to your bank’s online banking page.
Brownsshoes.com does not accept cheques, cash, credit vouchers or international credit cards.
Please note that the shipping and billing addresses must be valid Canadian addresses (PO boxes are not accepted).
Q: Is it safe to shop on BrownsShoes.com with a credit and/or debit card?
A: BrownsShoes.com guarantees a completely secure shopping experience. Brownsshoes.com is a "Verisign Secured" site, meaning that all credit card information and other confidential information are encrypted using SSL technology. Your credit card information will not be retained once you make a purchase.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
A: Brownsshoes.com charges sales tax as we would in our Browns and B2 stores. If we do not have a store in your province or territory, only GST will be charged. Shipping charges are also subject to sales taxes.
Q: What is your price adjustment policy?
A: Browns offers price adjustments on merchandise that goes on sale within 14 days of purchase, in stores only, provided the merchandise is brought in along with the receipt. We unfortunately cannot make price adjustments online. We do not offer price adjustments for items that get further reduced once they are already on sale.
