Return Policy
For online purchases only:
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, all unworn merchandise may be returned in its original package, along with the original receipt (without it no refund will be credited), for up to 1 month from the date of purchase, for a fee of $5 per item. Refunds will be credited in the manner in which the payment was made. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
A) For your convenience, return your purchase to a Browns or B2 store:
You may exchange or return at any of our Browns or B2 locations (except for Browns at The Bay). You’ll even find the address of your closest store on your invoice!
B) Return your purchase by courier:
To return a purchase by courier, please enter your order number and postal code below. Select the item you wish to return, choose a reason for the return from the drop down list and click submit. Our customer service representatives will review your request and will confirm your request for a return by email. UPS will then send you an email with instructions on how to return your item and to arrange for pickup or drop off.
Price Adjustments:
Browns offers price adjustments on merchandise that goes on sale within 14 days of purchase, in stores only, provided the merchandise is brought in along with the receipt. We unfortunately cannot make price adjustments online. We do not offer price adjustments for items that get further reduced once they are already on sale.
