The Contest is organized by Browns Shoes Inc. (“us”, “we”, “our”), a Quebec corporation having a place of business at 2255 Cohen St. Laurent, Quebec H4R 2N7.

Contest Period

The Contest runs during the Contest Period mentioned above.

How to Participate

For a chance to win:

• Submit a review for a product you purchased from us OR complete one of our post-purchase surveys
• One entry per product review or completed survey

Eligibility

To enter our contest, you must:

• Be a legal resident of Canada
• Be of legal age in your province of residence
• Be subscribed to our email newsletter or have an account with us linked to the mobile phone number used for your contest entry

You cannot enter our contest if you are:

• A director, officer, agent or employee of Browns Shoes or its affiliated companies and divisions
• Someone who works at one of our promotional agencies
• An immediate family member (your children, siblings, or parents) living in the same home as any of these people

Winner Selection and prize delivery

Selection Process

• We will electronically and randomly select a potential winner on July 1, 2026, with witnesses present at our Montreal head office
• We will notify the selected participant by email within 5 business days of the draw
• To be declared the winner and claim your prize, you must:
• sign a declaration of eligibility and release within 5 business days of the date on which we sent the email informing you that you had been selected
• correctly answer a skill-testing question and provide your mailing address within 5 business days
• You are responsible for checking your spam folder for our notification emails
• If we cannot reach you or you don't respond within 5 business days, we may select another potential winner

Prize Delivery

We will send the gift card to the winner by courier (requiring signature) within 10 business days of receiving the winner's information.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Disqualification

Your entry will be disqualified if your product review:

• Is defamatory or malicious
• Contains false or misleading information
• Constitutes a personal attack
• Is unrelated to the purchased product
• Uses foul or inappropriate language
• Is submitted with the intent to harm our company or the brands we carry
• Does not comply with our website terms of use

We reserve the right to disqualify any participant and bar them from our future contests if we determine, in our sole discretion, that they have violated these rules.

Technical Limitations

We’re is not responsible for:

• Website or communication platform failures
• Technical malfunctions of computers or systems
• Lost, late, or misdirected entries

Personal Information

By entering, you confirm you've read our privacy policy and consent to the processing of your personal information as described.

General Conditions

• Our clock will be the official clock for determining entry times
• Our decisions concerning any aspect of the Contest are final
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel the contest due to circumstances beyond our control
• All prizes must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions unless we determine otherwise
• All expenses related to prize receipt and use are the winner's responsibility
• In case of discrepancy between English and French versions of these rules, the French version prevails
• All monetary amounts are in Canadian dollars
• The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws
