All standard deliveries ship free of charge on all orders over $75*. Below this amount, there will be a non-refundable $8 shipping fee. *Please note that the free shipping can only be applied on orders sub-totaling an amount over $75 after discounts.
Yes! For orders of and above $75 after discounts, the cost of express shipping is $10, and $12 for orders below $75 after discounts. These fees are non-refundable. The express shipping option is offered on select items. To know if your item is eligible for express shipping, please add your desired item and size to your shopping bag. Once at the shipping stage of checkout, Express Shipping should be an option for your item and desired shipping location, it will be displayed as an option for you.
Yes! You can enjoy our free in-store pick-up for safety & convenience. Shop online, choose "Pickup in store" at checkout, and get an order confirmation email. Ship-to-store orders are shipped from our warehouse to the store location that you choose (please keep in mind the estimated delivery date to the store). Once arrived and ready for collection, you'll receive a pickup notification email! Visit our store locations page here.
We ship with FedEx and Intelcom. Your tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in their systems, and you will receive separate email communication if you need to update delivery information from the carrier directly.
We offer dynamic lead time which is calculated at checkout depending on your postal code. Simply add your desired item to your shopping cart and enter the shipping postal code to have an estimated delivery ETA. You can also see the shipping delays by rural or urban zones above.

Currently, we only serve customers within Canada. All orders must be processed using a Canadian credit card and shipped to a Canadian address.
All unworn items from orders placed online may be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Please visit your local Browns or B2 location* for a quick and easy return.
If you'd prefer returning your order via FedEx, please click here to print a pre-paid return label.
Procedure:
1. Pack unworn items in original shipping box or wrap shoe/boot box in craft paper to keep them clean and secure.
2. Remove or black out any old shipping labels, including the original shipping bar code.
3. After including a copy of your original bill, seal the box with tape.
4. Place the return label onto the box, and attach securely.
5. Drop off the package at any FedEx location.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 5-10 days. You will be notified via email as soon as the refund is processed.

Orders placed within 2 hours of store closing may be available for pick up the next day.
Orders placed outside of the store’s opening hours will be processed first thing the next day. Please allow 2 hours from the store's opening time for your order to be ready. Click here for store hours
Please wait for the confirmation email notifying you that your order is ready for collection before coming to the store.
If your order cannot be fulfilled within the 2-hour pickup window, or if items are damaged or missing, we will expedite shipping a replacement to the store as soon as possible.
Yes, our regular return policies apply to all orders, including those picked up in store.
Orders will be held at the store for 90 days. After this period, unclaimed orders will be returned to inventory, and a refund will be issued.
Customers must present a valid photo ID and the order confirmation email when picking up their items.
