Exchanges and Refunds: Change of heart? We’ll happily take back any unworn item within 30 days of purchase to any Browns or B2 location* with the original invoice and method of payment. Please note shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return to Warehouse Charges: If you wish to return your purchase via courier, please contact our Customer Care team at 1-866-720-7463 or by email at email@example.com to have a return label sent to you via email. Returns made by courier are subject to a $5 fee per item, which will be deducted from your refund.
Canada Post Return Instructions
Return times: Please allow 3-5 days processing time once your package reaches our warehouse. Your refund will then appear on your statement 5-7 business days later, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
1. Pack items in original shipping box or wrap shoe/boot box in craft paper to keep them clean and secure.
2. Remove or black out any old shipping labels, including the original shipping bar code.
3. After including a copy of your original bill, seal the box with shipping tape.
4. Call us at 1-866-720-7463 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return label. Once we’ve approved the return, you will receive the label via email.
5. Print the return label and tape it onto the box.
6. Drop off the package at any Canada Post location.
